Willow Vale Supervised Apartments (WVSA)

WVSA is a four unit apartment complex in Bridgetown Nova Scotia opened in the spring of 1987.

WVSA has three shared apartments and one bachelor apartment. We currently support nine clients.

At the Willow Vale Supervised Apartments we provide an individualized approach to client support which enables clients to maximize their potential to live in the most independent and integrative circumstances possible.

Some examples of the principles we practice and endeavor to inspire are: integration and access to the community resources, life skills, nutritious meal planning and preparation, appropriate medical care and healthy living, and an opportunity to set individualized short and long term personal goals, develop skills, work toward and achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Our objective is to support, teach and facilitate the continued personal growth and development of each individual client.

Our location offers the best of both worlds. Located in Annapolis County just outside the town of Bridgetown, Willow Vale Supervised Apartments are just minutes away from community shops, services and recreational facilities. Public transit is available nearby also.  Our home is set in a park like environment where clients can enjoy the serenity of nature on our expansive grounds accessing the newly constructed walking trails or our community gazebo.
